1.3. IDket provides digital design templates and mockups for creative, educational, and illustrative purposes only. We do not produce, issue, or personalize any official, government, or legal documents.

2. Definitions

  • Account — a registered user profile that allows purchases and downloads.

  • Template / Content — digital design files (such as layered PSDs, mockups, or graphic layouts) made available by IDket or authorized creators.

  • Service / Website — the IDket online platform where templates can be viewed, purchased, and downloaded.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

3.1. Templates from IDket may only be used for legitimate, creative, and illustrative purposes, including:

  • educational or training projects,

  • design practice or portfolio work,

  • film, art, or entertainment props,

  • user interface mockups, or

  • any visual demonstration without legal validity.

3.2. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

  • creating or reproducing official or legal identification, certificates, licenses, or government documents,

  • submitting any file or mockup to a third party as a real or valid document,

  • using templates for fraud, deception, or identity verification,

  • reselling or redistributing IDket content as original work.

3.3. The User is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of IDket content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies. IDket assumes no liability for misuse of any file or material.

4. Accounts

4.1. To make a purchase, Users may need to create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
4.2. IDket reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law.
4.3. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

5. Orders, Downloads, and Access

5.1. After successful payment, download links become available in the User’s account.
5.2. For security reasons, download links remain active for 30 days after purchase. Users should save their files promptly.
5.3. All products are digital; no physical goods are shipped.
5.4. If a paid download link fails or an order does not process correctly, Users must contact support with their order number and registered email.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1. Prices are displayed on each product page and may change without notice. Changes do not affect completed transactions.
6.2. Orders are processed automatically after full payment confirmation.
6.3. Because all products are digital and instantly accessible, refunds are not generally available once a download link has been delivered, except in cases of confirmed technical defects that cannot be replaced.
6.4. Users must use a valid payment method belonging to them. IDket is not responsible for unauthorized transactions made by third parties.

7.4. Unauthorized copying or publication of IDket materials may result in legal action and liability for damages.

8. User Conduct and Content

8.1. Users must not upload, share, or communicate any illegal, offensive, or misleading content through the website.
8.2. By submitting comments, reviews, or examples of work, Users grant IDket a limited right to display that content solely for promotional or support purposes.

9. Privacy

9.1. IDket collects only the minimal personal information required to process orders and provide services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2. Payment details are processed securely by verified third-party payment gateways. IDket does not store credit card information.
9.3. Users are responsible for keeping their account information and contact email up to date.

10. Disclaimers

10.1. IDket provides all services and materials “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2. IDket makes no guarantee that templates will be suitable for any specific purpose, accepted by any institution, or legally valid for identification.
10.3. IDket shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim (including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) resulting from use or inability to use the website, templates, or materials.
10.4. Any misuse of our templates for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes is the sole responsibility of the User.

11. Limitation of Liability
